The Farming Futures Co-op is a 472 acre Heritage farm in Hastings County, Ontario, that is comprised of 19 winding fields, artistic creation spaces, mixed evergreen, maple and cedar forests, ponds and creeks, and a beautiful barn.

Our farm is an inter-generational project where humans can cultivate artistic ecologies in collaboration with the land and our more-than-human web of relations. We are an abundance of responsive, living beings, exploring how to co-create cooperative cultural conditions where we are able, inspired, embodied, supported, brave, and vulnerable enough to form sustainable networks towards liveable futures.

about us

Rather than a site of colonial extraction, we are deeply allied and co-informed by indigenous knowledge, and see rural farms as future sites for social and ecological re-pair through regenerative, micro-autonomous, land-based, cultural cooperatives.
